These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Ultramarine Studio through the website https://ultramarine.studio.
By purchasing or using any product on this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Overview

Ultramarine Studio provides pre-designed and custom brand identity design services.
These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and limitations associated with purchasing and using those products.

2. Premade Collection

Each premade identity is:
– Designed once and sold once only.
– Customized with your business name, tagline, and color palette.
– Delivered within five (5) business days of your confirmed start date (unless add-ons are purchased).

Delivery times may extend if (additional) revisions, add-ons, or color direction services are requested.

3. Add-Ons

Add-ons, such as social media templates, stationery design, or color direction, can be purchased at checkout or arranged after the initial purchase.
These additions extend the delivery time by approximately one to two weeks.

4. Revisions

Each identity includes one round of minor refinements (e.g., color or layout adjustments).
Additional revision rounds are available for €250 each and must be paid before additional work begins.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Invoices are issued manually within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Receipts from Stripe are not official invoices.
You may choose to pay in full or in two installments (50% to reserve, 50% before delivery).
Final files are released only after the full balance has been paid.
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

6. Ownership & License

Ownership of the final customized design transfers to the client only after full payment is received.
Ultramarine Studio retains copyright to all original design work and may display the project in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials.
The purchased brand identity may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as the client’s original creation.
Font licenses are not included; links to purchase recommended fonts will be provided.

7. Delivery of Files

Final assets are delivered digitally via Google Drive or similar cloud storage.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all files.
Ultramarine Studio is not liable for lost files after 30 days from delivery.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if customization work has not yet begun.
In such cases, a 20% cancellation fee applies to cover processing and brand reservation costs.
Once design work or customization has started, the order becomes non-refundable.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information (business name, tagline, preferred colors) through the provided form.
Delays in submitting required details may postpone the project start date and delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ultramarine Studio is not liable for any loss, damages, or claims resulting from the use or misuse of the purchased design, including printing errors, incorrect color calibration, or technical incompatibility.
In all cases, the total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Data is used solely to process transactions, deliver purchased products, and maintain communication with the client.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union (GDPR).
Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, under the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
